Driver’s Single Room Accommodation
It is important, when chartering a
coach on a multiday basis, the group provides a single room
for the driver at the same hotel property that the
group is staying at. The group will ensure that
the driver has as many hours available to the group.
If the group is camping, hostelling, or staying
at a 5 star hotel property, please consult with your customer service
representative about organizing an alternate hotel.
Our daily charter rates include a provision for a
driver’s daily meal allowances. However if you are
enjoying the company of the driver, and wish to
include him/her in a group meal, please feel free to
personally invite the driver.

Any individual charges for attractions and passenger
meals, are not included in our rate structures. For

Driver Narration & Local Guide Services
We recommend that a step-on guide be contracted to
perform a local city tour, day trip, or on a
overland journey through the Canadian Rocky
Mountains. A driver is able to provide friendly
conversation, anecdotal highlights, a few jokes, and
some history of the area the group is travelling. We
know Vancouver, Victoria, and Whistler well, and for
other cities our driver’s will prepare themselves
based on the client’s itinerary.
A driver’s first responsibility, is to the road, he
has to ensure he is operating the coach safely.
Weather and traffic, may pull a driver’s attention
away from the commentary.
A local guide, is facing the audience, describing
the sites, and fielding questions as they arise. It
is recommended to use local guides in different
cities, as this will add local flavor to the story
telling of the area. Tourism is built upon the
foundation of individuals taking pride in their home
We can assist organizations and groups with
